Getting Started with Trend Dispatch

Your step-by-step guide to begin dispatching with us

Trend Dispatch makes it easy to get started with professional freight dispatch services for owner operators and trucking companies across the U.S. If you're wondering how to work with a truck dispatcher or what it takes to start dispatch services, you're in the right place.

Step 1: Contact Us

Reach out by phone, email, or fill out our contact form. We'll schedule a quick onboarding call to learn about your trucking operation and answer your questions.

Step 2: Submit Required Documents

These documents are essential for dispatching under your own MC authority. Once received, we'll send our official Dispatcher–Carrier Agreement to finalize your setup.

✅ MC Authority Letter – Your active Motor Carrier authority
✅ Certificate of Insurance – Must show liability and cargo coverage
✅ W-9 Form – Completed and signed
✅ Signed Dispatcher–Carrier Agreement – We will send this after your onboarding call
✅ Driver’s License – For verification and records
✅ Voided Check or Bank Letter – For direct deposit setup

Please upload the following documents. We’ll review and follow up with your agreement.

After submission your all Documents at dispatchtrend@gmail.com, we will email you the Dispatcher–Carrier Agreement.

Step 3: Start Receiving Loads

Once we receive all documents and confirm your setup, you will be assigned a dedicated dispatcher. You'll start receiving top-paying loads immediately based on your preferences.

Step 4: Stay in Control

You always have full control over where you go and what loads you accept. We negotiate on your behalf but never force any loads. You're the boss—we’re your support.
